My objective was to create a logo and brand for Jade Condos & Lofts, a condo complex in the Distillery District, downtown Toronto. I targeted young professionals by using an elegant look and feel that focuses on the glamour and night life this location offers. I created a modern logo with geometric shapes and clean lines. I set this over an outlined box to balance the modern with a classic look. I used a rich green bold colour to add a pop of colour for branding. Throughout the website, poster and brochure the branding takes form as the muted colours are repeated along with the iconic green.
